Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Willing to be placed in Tangerang.
Certification:
AK3 Umum (highly preferred),
First Aid / Fire Safety Certification,
Internal Auditor ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 (preferred).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Safety Management:
Implement and monitor compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and standards across the manufacturing facility.
Conduct routine safety inspections on production lines, chemical storage rooms, mixing areas, injection machines, cutting lines, and warehouses.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
Lead the implementation of machine safety, guarding requirements, and LOTO procedures.
Environmental Management:
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations regarding waste (solid, chemical, B3), air emissions, and water usage.
Monitor waste segregation, chemical disposal, and environmental performance indicators (e.g., energy efficiency, scrap reduction).
Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001: Environmental Management System.
Risk Management:
Conduct HIRA, JSA, and risk assessments for new processes, new materials, and engineering improvement projects.
Ensure safe handling, labeling, and storage of chemicals used in insole production (adhesives, resins, EVA materials, additives).
Evaluate ergonomic risks in repetitive manufacturing tasks and propose improvement actions.
Training & Awareness;
Deliver regular HSE training: chemical safety, fire safety, machine operation safety, ergonomics, emergency response, PPE usage.
Conduct Toolbox Meetings and monthly HSE campaigns to strengthen safety culture.
Incident Management:
Lead accident/incident investigations, identify root causes, and verify the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare HSE reports and analytics for management and global brand audits.
Compliance & Audit:
Support internal and external audits (brand compliance audits, ISO audits, regulatory inspections).
Maintain documentation for ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 systems.
Ensure legal compliance with Indonesian K3 regulations.
Coordination & Leadership:
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, QA, HR, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless implementation of HSE programs.
Supervise and mentor HSE staff, if applicable.
Participate actively in continuous improvement projects (LEAN, 5S, productivity improvement).

Waste management & environmental compliance.
Emergency response planning.
Safety audit & inspection.
Proficient in reporting, documentation, and data analysis related to HSE performance.
Data analysis for HSE KPI monitoring.
