Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Public Health, Education, Human Resources, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an HSE Trainer, Safety Trainer, HSE Officer with training responsibilities, Safety Supervisor, Learning and Development Trainer, or similar roles in construction, EPC, civil engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, or industrial projects.
- Must possess a valid General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (AK3 Umum) certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Must possess an active Training of Trainer (ToT) certification.
- Experience in Data Center construction projects will be a strong advantage.
- Additional certifications, such as ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor, ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor, Construction Safety Certification, First Aid (P3K), Fire Fighting, Emergency Response, Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, Incident Investigation, Behavior-Based Safety (BBS), HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), or NEBOSH International General Certificate, will be highly preferred.
- Experience in developing competency-based HSE training programs for construction personnel, supervisors, subcontractors, and project management teams.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) training programs for project personnel, subcontractors, supervisors, and management in accordance with company policies, client requirements, Indonesian regulations, and international safety standards.
- Conduct HSE induction programs for new employees, visitors, and subcontractors before they commence work on project sites.
- Deliver Toolbox Talks, Safety Briefings, refresher training, and specialized safety training related to high-risk construction activities, including Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, Lifting Operations, Electrical Safety, Fire Prevention, Permit to Work (PTW), Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Develop competency-based training materials, presentations, learning modules, practical exercises, assessments, examinations, and evaluation tools.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through competency assessments, written examinations, practical observations, participant feedback, and continuous performance monitoring.
- Review, update, and improve HSE training materials to ensure alignment with current regulations, project requirements, client expectations, and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, competency matrices, certification databases, and training documentation in accordance with company procedures and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Management, Construction, Human Resources, HSE Department, Client Representatives, and subcontractors to identify training needs and implement annual competency development plans.
- Support HSE campaigns, Safety Days, emergency drills, behavioral safety initiatives, and continuous improvement programs to strengthen the project's safety culture.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to supervisors and frontline workers to improve HSE awareness, regulatory compliance, and safe work practices across all project activities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, Ministry of Manpower regulations, Construction Safety Management System (SMKK), ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and international construction safety standards.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and public speaking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and online learning platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory.
