Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HSEQ roles within mining or heavy industry.
Mandatory certifications General K3 / Safety Officer certification.
Preferred certifications ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 Lead/Internal Auditor, Training of Trainer (ToT).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, and maintain HSEQ Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).
Ensure quality assurance of HSEQ documentation and procedures.
Design and deliver HSEQ training programs, inductions, and competency assessments.
Lead internal audits and manage corrective/preventive actions.
Monitor HSEQ performance indicators and report to management.
Promote HSEQ culture and continuous improvement across mining operations.
