Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Occupational Safety, Health & Environmental Science/Engineerin,. Chemical/Process Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 8-10 years HSSE experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role within manufacturing. processing, oleochemical, refinery, or energy operations.
Possession of Indonesia K3 certification (e.g. Ahli K3 Umum / AK3U) or ability to obtain and maintain certification.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

HANDS ON AREAS: 1. HSSE leadership & safety culture transformation. 2. Process safety risk managment & critical controls. 3. Incident investigation & Integration of learning. 4. Regulatory compliance & authority engagement. 5. Contractor HSSE management. 6.Security Emergency response & crisis preparedness.
Lead and assure Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) performance for Sei Mangkei operations.
Build HSSE capability across leaders, employees, and contractors through coaching, mentoring, and visible leadership.
Drive HSSE culture, behavioural change. Stop Work Authority, and just culture principles across the site.
Ensure effective implementation of the EcoOils HSSE Management System and safe systems of work (PTW, JSA, LOTO, confined space, working at height, SIMOPS).
Assure process safety, hazard and effect management (HEMP), critical controls, and barrier health verification.
Lead HSSE oversight for contractors, including mobilisation, execution, audits, and field verification.
Provide oversight of incident reporting, investigation, learning, and corrective action effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian HSSE legislation, including UU No.1/1970, PP No.50/2012 (SMK3). PP No.22/2021, and applicable environmental approvals (AMDAL/UKL-UPL/SPPL).
Act as primary HSSE interface with Kemnaker/Disnaker. KLHK/DLH, and other relevant authorities.
Maintain HSSE legal registers, permits, reporting obligations, and audit readiness.
Lead HSSE performance monitoring. KPI reporting. inspections, audits, management reviews & continuous improvement plan.
Ensure emergency response preparedness, drills, and coordination for fire, medical, spill, and other scenarios.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Good knowledge of PTW, Risk Assessment/JSA, LOTO, MOC, incident investigation, and auditing.
Familiar with Indonesian regulatory requirements (Kemnaker/Disnaker, KLHK/DLH, SMK3).
Collaborative Team Leader. Strong leadership, coaching. influencing, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
