Kualifikasi:
- K3 MIGAS Certification required.
- Has an experience in oil and gas industry in relevant field for min. 3-5+ years.
- Familiar with EPC Project.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Willing to work on site (Papua) with rotation 9 weeks on : 3 weeks off.
- Conduct routine inspections of production areas, pressure testing, high voltage electrical areas, and HPS/ESPS equipment storage zones.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs for work safety, heavy equipment operation, electrical systems, and lifting.
- Prepare and implement HSSE work programs based on technical risks and the factory work environment.
- Manage the Permit to Work system for hazardous work.
- Prepare: Incident reports, near misses, and accident investigations, Daily and monthly inspection documents, Industrial waste and chemical monitoring reports.
- Accompany external audits from oil & gas clients, certification bodies (ISO/API), or local regulators.
- Organize work safety campaigns, fire drills, and emergency responses.
- Manage the storage and disposal system for B3 waste, oil fluids, and wastewater from the equipment testing process.
- Prepare UKL-UPL reports or assist in the preparation of other environmental documents.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Mastering: HIRARC / JSA for pump, electrical, and fluid pressure testing; Permit to Work System (Hot Work, Electrical Work, Confined Space); Safety standards for pressure and rotating equipment; Industrial and environmental waste management; HSSE internal audit and operational readiness inspection.
- Understand HSSE regulations and practices based on: ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, API Standards (API 610, 682) and OSHA 1910/1926, SMK3 & KLHK environmental regulations (PP No.22/2021).
- Thorough, systematic, and able to compile technical HSSE reporting.
- Assertive and communicative in directing technicians and operators.
