Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum 8 years of professional working experience in HSSE management, with proven hands-on experience in geothermal projects, well test execution, high-temperature/high-pressure (HP/HT) fluid systems, or complex mountain terrain developments.
- Certifications: Must hold a valid General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum / AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI or Geothermal Safety Inspector (Pengawas K3 Panas Bumi) credential from ESDM.Mandatory requirement: Certified $H_2S$ Safety Specialist or $H_2S$ Authorized Safety Trainer credential.Certifications in Working at Height, Pressure Vessel Safety, Confined Space Entry, or First Aid (P3K) are highly disukai.Auditor SMK3 / ISO 45001 or HAZOP participant certification is an added advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Executes daily site HSSE surveillance, process safety monitoring, and hazard enforcement across geothermal well testing pads, steam separators, silencers, brine sumps, and high-pressure flowlines in complex terrain environments.
- Monitors and verifies operational safety controls for high-temperature and high-pressure (HP/HT) geothermal fluids, including toxic gas ($H_2S$) fixed/portable monitoring systems, thermal burn protections, and emergency shut-down (ESD) valves.
- Reviews, verifies, and audits Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and high-risk Work Permits (PTW) for well testing execution, hot work, pressure testing, heavy rigging, and confined space entry.
- Leads daily pre-job safety meetings, Tool-Box Talks, specialized $H_2S$ safety drills, and formal Safety Inductions for well testing crews, drilling interface teams, and sub-contractors.
- Inspects and maintains inventory registers for specialized safety equipment, self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), $H_2S$ personal detectors, emergency eyewash stations, fire protection units, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Oversees site environmental compliance, geothermal brine containment, erosion control on mountain slopes, drilling/testing waste management, and air quality monitoring submittals (RKL-RPL).
- Leads technical investigations into site near-misses, high-pressure line leaks, toxic gas alarms, or operational safety excursions using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implementing robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Compiles, analyzes, and presents daily site safety logs, well test hazard observation reports, and monthly HSSE statistical performance data to the HSSE Manager and Project Director in English.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Geothermal well test execution safety, HP/HT fluid & $H_2S$ gas risk control, complex terrain hazard mitigation, HIRADC & JSA auditing, Work Permit (PTW) verification, environmental compliance (RKL-RPL), incident investigation (RCA), and technical HSSE reporting.
- Soft Skills: Assertive field authority, technical communication in English, proactive hazard identification, high composure during site emergencies, problem-solving under tight execution schedules, and cross-functional team coordination.
