Kualifikasi:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of working experience as an HSE Officer or Safety Inspector in a construction company, preferably on civil infrastructure, high-rise, or industrial engineering projects.
Assertive site presence, high discipline, excellent observation skills, and strong commitment to enforcing safety protocols.
Willing to be stationed at active civil engineering project sites.
Must hold a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum / AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI or Construction Safety Officer (Petugas K3 Konstruksi) credential.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Executes daily site safety walk-throughs and continuous hazard surveillance across excavation sites, concrete pouring zones, scaffolding, and structural steel assembly areas.
Verifies, inspects, and audits daily Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Work Permits (PTW) for high-risk construction activities, including hot work, excavation shoring, working at height, and high-voltage temporary electrical setups.
Delivers interactive daily Tool-Box Talks, pre-task safety briefings, and formal Safety Inductions for construction workers, heavy equipment drivers, and sub-contractor technicians.
Inspects personal fall arrest systems, safety harnesses, anchorage points, perimeter guardrails, trench shields, first aid stations, and fire extinguishers across project zones.
Monitors heavy equipment positioning, rigging tackle integrity, signalman communication, and crane load radius during heavy lifting operations.
Conducts preliminary investigations into site near-misses, dropped object incidents, or unsafe conditions, preparing immediate corrective action notifications.
Maintains daily safety inspection logs, records hazard observation cards (Unsafe Act / Unsafe Condition), and tracks daily site safety metrics.
Assists the HSE Coordinator in preparing daily and weekly site safety reports and documentation in English for project management review.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Hard Skills: On-site construction safety inspection, excavation & shoring safety, JSA & PTW verification, heavy equipment safety inspection, fall protection auditing, and daily HSE log reporting.
Soft Skills: Assertive site enforcement, clear English (and optional Mandarin) communication, high attention to detail, proactive hazard detection, teamwork, and crisis adaptability.
