Min 1 year work experience in a hotel or larger operations, preferably with experience in luxury International brands
Ideally with a university degree or diploma would be advantage
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Remind the team of the good practices of hygiene in their workplace and check that they are applied.
Identify and analyse the failures and non-conformities, diagnose the causes and identify corrective actions in collaboration with stakeholders.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standard, familiar with ISO 22000:2018, FSSC 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015 will be essential
Good customer service, communication, interpersonal skills are a must
