Kualifikasi:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Public Health, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience.
- Valid AK3U certification (Ministry of Manpower) and other relevant HSE certifications.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine workplace inspections and monitor daily operations to ensure EHS compliance.
- Support EHS programs, including HIRADC, SWP, PTW, CAPA, and emergency preparedness.
- Monitor workplace safety, housekeeping, and PPE compliance.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and EHS awareness activities.
- Support incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action follow-up.
- Maintain EHS documentation and records.
- Support internal and external EHS audits.
- Prepare, submit, and present periodic EHS reports and documentation in full English for the client's overseas stakeholders routinely.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding of applicable Indonesian occupational health and safety requirements.
- Strong administrative and technical capabilities in managing EHS activities, documentation, reporting, and on-site implementation.
- Good communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership and training skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, particularly for technical reporting and communication with overseas stakeholders.
