Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree (male) from IT background.
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- At least 2 years of work experience.
- Possessions of AK3 Umum / SMKP Certification (mandatory).
- Active SIM A (Indonesian driver's license).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Field Compliance Monitoring: Supervise the use of PPE in the work area every day; Ensure safe paths and safety signs are installed at active work locations.
- Supervision of Risky Activities: Accompany work such as manual lifting, casting, material installation, high-altitude work; Inform the Safety Officer if unsafe activities are found.
- Basic Inspection & Documentation: Assist in conducting daily inspections of APAR, ladders, scaffolding, cables, and portable electrical equipment; Fill out and store inspection forms according to the direction of the HSE superior.
- Education and Safety Induction: Provide basic safety information to new workers (accompany senior safety); Prepare visual materials such as banners, posters, and safety banners.
- Reporting and Communication: Report unsafe acts & conditions to the Safety Supervisor in writing; Record minor incidents, near misses, or first aid reports for further documentation.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Understand the basics: Correct use of PPE; Simple visual inspection (exposed cables, damaged work tools, work access); Inspection form, APAR checklist, toolbox form.
- Able to attend and record the results of toolbox meetings, PTW, or daily briefings.
