Kualifikasi:

Min. Associate degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or in any related field.
Fresh Graduate are very welcome! (Preferably from reputable university).
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Safety Officer or similar role.
Certified with General K3 (AK3-U) by Kemnaker RI (Mandatory).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor occupational health, safety, and environmental programs in the automotive manufacturing facility.
Conduct daily inspections of production lines, machinery, and workstations to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Ensure proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices among employees.
Develop and conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, and HSE training for workers and contractors.
Assist in incident/accident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action plans.
Prepare and submit HSE reports (incident reports, monthly safety statistics, compliance reports) to management.
