Kualifikasi:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Marine, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in lifting operations, preferably in offshore drilling or oil & gas industry.
Certifications (Preferred): Lifting Supervisor / Lifting Appointed Person Certification. Rigger / Rigging & Slinging Certification. BOSIET / HUET Offshore Safety Training.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Plan and supervise lifting operations in accordance with approved lifting procedures.
Ensure all lifting activities comply with offshore safety standards and regulations.
Conduct lifting risk assessments and toolbox talks before operations.
Inspect lifting equipment, rigging gear, and lifting accessories prior to use.
Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and supervisors during lifting activities.
Monitor lifting operations to prevent unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
Assist in incident reporting and investigation related to lifting activities.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging practices, and offshore lifting operations.
Lifting planning and risk assessment.
Rigging and slinging supervision.
Hazard identification and safety compliance.
Inspection of lifting equipment and accessories.
Communication with crane operators and lifting teams.
