15 years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety management, particularly in mining, construction, or heavy industry.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Environmental, Health, and Safety Compliance:
Ensure that all mining and construction activities comply with local, state, and federal Environmental, Health, and Safety Compliance regulations.
Oversee the acquisition of necessary permits, ensuring that environmental impact assessments (EIA) are conducted as required.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of environmental laws and regulations affecting the mining and construction industries.
Environmental, Health, and Safety Compliance Impact Mitigation:
Develop strategies to minimize environmental impact, including air, water, soil, and biodiversity conservation.
Implement and manage pollution control measures to reduce emissions and waste.
Oversee waste management and ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials in accordance with safety regulations.
Sustainability Initiatives:
Promote sustainable practices ni al stages of mining and construction projects, focusing on resource conservation, renewable energy, and eco-friendly materials.
Collaborate with teams to integrate sustainability into design, construction, and operational processes.
Develop and monitor energy efficiency programs and identify areas for improvement.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor environmental data, including emissions, waste generation, and water usage.
Monitor Health and Safety performance including Contractor/Vendor.
Prepare and submit environmental reports and compliance documentation to authorities and management.
Conduct environmental audits to ensure compliance with environmental policies and standards.
Perform Health and Safety Compliance refer to regulation policy and standard.
Budget and Resource Management:
Develop and manage budgets for Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives and compliance activities.
Ensure that adequate resources are allocated to achieve Environmental, Health, and Safety goals.
Continuously review and improve the company's EHS policies and procedures to align with industry standards and innovation.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Strong knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and sustainability practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams.
