Kualifikasi:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications essential in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or related Field
  • Min. 10 years of relevant experience in OHS area and min. 5 years experiences in Mining Industry
  • POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Certified, POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) Certified is an advantage
  • Auditor Certified, preferable Registered SMKP Auditor from KAIT ESDM Certified is an advantage
  • Experience in developing and maintain OHS event management software;
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • In charge of making K3 work programs and budgets as well as plans and controls for their application to the National Regulation Comply.
  • Become a leader as well as support in HSE training and coaching at all levels of employees.
  • Directly responsible to Site Manager and PTL for the implementation of the K3LH management system.
  • Coordinate with all Dept. Heads and participate continuously in the preparation / activities of risk assessment, audit, meetings as well as investigations and training.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Excellent knowledge in Mining business process
  • Excellent knowledge in Mining and Safety Regulations, OHS Management, Incident investigations, OHS Training, OHS Event Management Software
  • Good communication in English & Bahasa – both written and spoken
  • Excellent in employee training & development management to ensure required safety and risk
  • Controls are applied out in the operations and coach and educate others on a daily basis
  • Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental
