Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S.Kep.) with Professional Nurse (Ners) qualification or Diploma III (D3) in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Company Nurse, Industrial Nurse, Site Nurse, Offshore Nurse, or Occupational Health Nurse in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Petrochemical, Mining, or Industrial Projects.
- Possess a valid Indonesian Nursing Registration Certificate (STR) issued by the Indonesian Health Council.
- Valid Occupational Health (Hiperkes) certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower is highly preferred.
- Possess valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS), First Aid (P3K), Emergency Medical Response (EMR), Advanced First Aid, H2S, Confined Space Rescue, Fire Fighting, or Emergency Response Team (ERT) training will be considered an advantage.
- General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certification will be an added value.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Provide primary healthcare services and emergency medical treatment to all project personnel during construction and commissioning activities.
- Conduct medical assessments, first aid treatment, and emergency stabilization prior to referral or medical evacuation when required.
- Maintain project medical facilities, medical equipment, emergency medications, and first aid supplies in accordance with company standards.
- Support occupational health surveillance programs, including pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical assessments.
- Coordinate medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) activities and liaise with hospitals, ambulance providers, and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment logs, health statistics, and confidential medical documentation.
- Conduct health promotion programs, health awareness campaigns, and occupational hygiene education for project personnel.
- Participate in emergency response drills, rescue exercises, and incident investigations related to occupational health.
- Monitor workplace hygiene, sanitation, infectious disease prevention, and employee wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with company medical procedures, client requirements, Indonesian regulations, and international occupational health standards.
- Collaborate closely with the HSE Team to support project safety objectives and promote a healthy work environment.

Medical emergency preparedness and evacuation coordination. Health surveillance and fitness-for-work assessment. Medical record management and health reporting. Drug and alcohol testing coordination. Occupational disease prevention and health promotion. Emergency Response Team (ERT) participation. Medical equipment inspection and clinic management.
