To lead, implement, and continuously improve the Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) management system in the Coal Fired Steam Power Plant to ensure zero accidents, regulatory compliance, operational reliability, and strong safety culture across operations, maintenance, coal handling, ash handling, and contractor activities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Strong knowledge in:
Boiler & Turbine safety,
Coal & Ash handling system,
Permit to Work system,
Risk assessment methodology,
Familiar with ISO 45001, SMK3, and SMK2 implementation.
