Kualifikasi:

Minimum work experience of 2-3 years in the operation and maintenance of WWTP, preferably from the food processing or palm oil industry.
Certifications Training/certificate in the field: Industrial Wastewater Management, B3 Handling and Sludge Treatment, Chemical Handling & Safety.
Education Minimum Vocational School/D3 Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Operate the WWTP system according to SOP to ensure that waste is treated before it is discharged into the environment.
Monitor and record waste parameters (pH, COD, BOD, TSS, DO, temperature) on a regular basis.
Perform routine cleaning, inspection and lubrication of pumps, blowers, aerators, and mixing units.
Assisting maintenance teams in light to moderate repairs to valves, sensors, electrical panels, and piping systems.
Handling of treated sludge: drying, temporary stockpiling, and packaging for disposal.
Maintain waste logbooks and support environmental teams for reporting to DLH (Environment Agency).
Fill in daily operational log sheets, including chemical usage, tool working hours, and water parameter conditions.
Report abnormal conditions, system alarms, or potential contamination to direct supervisors.
Use complete PPE when handling waste and chemicals.
Keeping the WWTP area clean, safe, and spill-free.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Able to read flow process diagrams, WWTP SOPs, and preventive maintenance instructions
Familiar with the unit: equalization tank, anaerobic-aerobic tank, clarifier, sludge press, aerator, biofilter, and DAF system (if applicable).
Skilled in troubleshooting pumps, pipes, valves, sensors, and dosing units.
