Holds a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field, such as Nursing or Medicine.
Certified in CPR, Basic Trauma and Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS), and Occupational Health & Safety (Hiperkes).
Possesses a valid Registration Certificate (STR).
Has relevant working experience in the healthcare or occupational health field.
Willing to reside at the shrimp farm site during the cultivation period in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Provide first aid treatment for work-related accidents (P3K) to employees in the farm area.
Conduct routine health monitoring for employees (basic health checks and simple medical record keeping).
Manage the clinic/health post facilities at the farm site.
Deliver socialization and basic training on first aid and medical emergency response to employees.
Support the implementation of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) program at the farm.
Prepare and submit regular medical and HSE reports.
