Kualifikasi:
  • Education Minimum D3 Nursing / D3 Midwifery / D3 Health, preferably S1 Public Health or S1 Nursing.
  • Mandatory Certification: Industrial Paramedic Training Certificate, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced First Aid / Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
  • Experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a paramedic or field medical personnel in the oil and gas / geothermal industry, or the energy construction sector / remote project.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Provide first aid and emergency medical treatment to workers who experience work accidents or urgent medical conditions.
  • Conduct medical evacuation (on-site or referral) according to procedures.
  • Conduct routine health checks and daily monitoring of worker complaints.
  • Manage patient visit logs, drug inventory, and medical devices.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to: Number of visits, Types of general complaints, Medical actions taken, Work accident incidents.
  • Ensure medical equipment, oxygen, defibrillators, and first aid equipment are in good condition and ready to use.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Able to: Provide basic and advanced emergency medical care; Conduct medical evacuation from remote areas with proper procedures; Monitor workers' daily health, general and chronic complaints; Prepare occupational health reports, daily clinic logs, and documentation of medical incidents.
  • Communicative and able to explain medical conditions well to patients and superiors.
