Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Nursing, Emergency Medical Services, Occupational Health, or another relevant healthcare discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Paramedic, Site Medic, or Occupational Health Practitioner in construction, hydropower, power plant, mining, EPC, Oil & Gas, or other industrial projects.
- Possess a valid Nursing Registration Certificate (STR) and an active Practice License (SIP), where applicable.
- Hold a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS), First Aid Instructor, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), HIPERKES, or Occupational Health certifications will be an advantage.
- Experienced in providing emergency medical treatment, conducting health assessments, managing occupational illnesses and injuries, and maintaining medical records.
- Physically fit, able to work in remote project locations, and willing to work on a roster basis at the Hydropower Plant Project in Mahakam Ulu, East Kalimantan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate medical assistance and emergency care to employees, contractors, and visitors during occupational injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies.
- Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work health assessments in accordance with company policies and applicable occupational health regulations.
- Maintain medical facilities, emergency equipment, medicines, and first aid supplies to ensure operational readiness at all times.
- Support emergency response activities, rescue operations, medical evacuations, and coordination with external healthcare providers when necessary.
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, health surveillance data, and confidential employee health information.
- Participate in incident investigations by providing medical assessments and recommendations related to occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Deliver first aid awareness programs, health education, emergency response training, and wellness campaigns for project personnel.
- Monitor workplace hygiene, communicable disease prevention, occupational health risks, and employee fitness for work.
- Collaborate closely with the HSE team to support project health programs, emergency drills, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all medical services comply with Indonesian occupational health regulations, project requirements, and international health and safety standards.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations, emergency medical response, trauma management, workplace health surveillance, infection prevention, and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Familiar with emergency response plans, medical evacuation procedures, incident reporting, and coordination with HSE teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical documentation.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
