Kualifikasi:
- Preferably experienced in the same or related position.
- Willing to be placed on-site with a roster system.
- Physically and mentally fit.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Provide medical induction.
- Provide understanding and prepare weekly and monthly reports on injuries or medical treatments for a maximum of one month.
- Conduct health checks on operators and employees during breaks.
- Conduct fatigue tests at night on operators and drivers, as well as sobriety tests (balance tests) while on standby at the clinic.
- Conduct urine drug and alcohol tests while working.
- Ensure medication stocks are available.
- Prepare a report on work performed for one month.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Understands occupational health regulations.
- Possess basic first aid nursing skills, understands necessary medications, and possesses skills such as IV drips and wound dressings.
- Medical Induction.
- Communicative, disciplined, and responsive.
