Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 7 years of working experience in the related field.
Preferably have experience in the mining industry.
Willing to be placed at any of the company's project sites.
Having certification in mining licensing, ESDM regulation training, or OSS-RBA licensing arrangements.
Having an ISO Certificate or understanding of SMK3/ISO 14001 is also useful because it concerns environmental permits.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Prepare a licensing requirement plan based on the stages of the mining & metallurgical processing project.
Ensure that all technical, operational, environmental, and social permits are owned and renewed on time.
Manage the issuance, extension, or revision of licensing documents to related agencies.
Become a liaison officer between the company and government regulators (ESDM, KLHK, DLH, BKPM, etc.).
Manage and archive all licensing documents and monitor the expiration schedule of permits.
Prepare periodic reports (monthly, semi-annually, annually) according to the provisions of the related agencies.
Coordinate with the legal, environmental, mining engineering, CSR, and HSE teams to synchronize permits and reporting.
Provide legal or administrative advice regarding permits before project implementation.
Prepare and assist regulatory and internal audits regarding permits and operational legality.
Identify potential permit violations and propose mitigation steps.
Provide the latest regulatory information and updates to related departments.
Assist management in developing permit strategies during project expansion or acquisition.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Understand the entire spectrum of mining permits: Exploration/Production IUP, RKAB, IPPKH (Forest Area Borrow-Use Permit), AMDAL, RKL-RPL, Environmental Permit, SIPPA, SPPL, IUPOP and IUJP, OSS-RBA (Online Single Submission - Risk Based Approach).
Proficient in online reporting systems: MODI, e-RKAB, OSS, SILHK, SIRAHLIN.
Able to compile technical and administrative documents for permits, as well as archive and track validity periods.
Communicative, negotiative, and able to build good relationships with regulatory agencies.
Careful, thorough, and organized.
