Kualifikasi:

Minimum Bachelor's (S1) or Diploma 4 (D4) in Administration, Management, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), or related fields.
Must have a valid General AK3 Certification.
Experience in performance management and corporate administration.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Record, archive, and manage administrative needs within the PQHSE team.
Assist in inputting KPI data and performance evaluation results into systems such as Excel, Power BI, HRIS, or other relevant software.
Support the drafting of routine PQHSE reports for management.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong analytical skills, systematic thinking, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva.
Understanding and experience with HRIS software is a plus.
Able to conduct internal and external audits related to PQHSE and ensure compliance with company standards.
