Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Process Engineering:
Develop, evaluate, and optimize process designs to achieve performance, cost efficiency, and sustainability targets.
Prepare process engineering deliverables, including PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, mass and energy balances, and process narratives.
Support technology development, customization, and scale-up for new industrial solutions.
Perform technical calculations and process simulations using advanced software tools.
Support troubleshooting of operational issues in existing plants and provide engineering solutions.
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
Process Safety Engineering:
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with process operations and technology development.
Lead or participate in safety studies Hazard Identification (HAZID), Hazard & Operability Study (HAZOP), Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA), SIL Determination.
Ensure that designs incorporate safety instrumented systems, protective barriers, and proper interlock logic.
Prepare and maintain critical safety documents including Safety Case, Bow-Tie Analysis, Process Safety Information (PSI), Risk Registers.
Conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis (RCA) for process-related events.
Support development and improvement of the Process Safety Management (PSM) system.
Compliance & Sustainability:
Ensure processes comply with local regulations and international engineering/safety standards.
Integrate sustainable engineering practices, focusing on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and environmental protection.
Collaborate in ESG-related initiatives related to process operations and technology deployment.
Project & Stakeholder Coordination:
Support project planning, progress reporting, and technical reviews.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients regarding technical specifications and compliance requirements.
Provide training, workshops, and technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Proficient with Aspen One (HYSYS, Aspen Flare, EDR, etc.).
Familiar with P&ID, PFD, and Process Control.
Strong understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) and risk-based safety frameworks.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English.
