Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in chemical, process or process safety or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering design, construction and commissioning in the oil and gas downstream industry
- technical risk management techniques such as Hazars Identification Stucy (HAZID), Hazard and Operability Study [HAZOP) of continuous process.
- Have previous experiance in project technical review/ assurance during EPC phase.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Responsible to plan, develop and monitor all process safety requirements by implementing and maintaining comprehensive, robust and sustainable systems, practices and competencies for managing Process Safety for the safe, efficient and reliable operations to minimise the likelihood of a major hazard accident from occurring and to ensure that the necessary mitigation and emergency preparedness mechanisms are in place.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding in inherent safety design concept, ALARP principla.
- Quantitative ang Qualitative Risk Assessments [ORA's), Safety Integrity Level ISIL), Fire Risk Assessments & Fire Protection ans overall ISSEQ Design and Enginearing
- Must be fluent in English, proficiency in arin is an advantage
