Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, and monitor process safety management systems for various projects under the consultancy scope.
Review and recommend improvements in process design, equipment layout, and operating procedures to enhance safety.
Provide technical guidance and training to project teams on process safety principles and best practices.
Support incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure compliance with national and international safety standards.
Prepare and present safety reports, risk assessments, and process safety studies for management and stakeholders.
Participate in developing and testing emergency response and business continuity plans.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety performance across projects and fleet operations.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: Expertise in risk analysis, hazard modeling, and safety engineering for industrial processes. Strong capability in designing and reviewing safety systems, emergency response plans, and process safety documentation. Ability to integrate real-time monitoring tools (such as G-Track) with process safety practices, including vehicle movement, fleet safety, and incident tracking. Competence in accident/incident investigation and root cause analysis. Skilled in preparing technical reports, safety studies, and compliance documentation for clients and regulators.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail. Effective communication and presentation skills to liaise with project managers, clients, regulators, and contractors. Leadership ability to guide cross-functional teams in implementing safety improvements. Proactive, adaptable, and committed to fostering a Zero Incident Safety Culture.
