Kualifikasi:
- MinimumDiploma III.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as QHSE Executive/site.
- AK3Umum (Ministry of Manpower Certification).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and establish ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and 45001.
- Act as Company Internal Auditor & coordinate for External Audit.
- Manage yard implementation base on HSE Program.
- Lead the HSE team and take charge of all occupational health, safety,security, environmental and quality management aspects of the Company.
- Assist Head of Department or Supervisor level to implement Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determine Control.
- Monitoring environmental and hazardous material.
- Safety patrol and monitoring safe work condition.
- Acting for first aid case.
- Leading General Briefing and tool box talk.
- Deliver safety induction.
- Maintain and display HSE alert, safety sign, safety information and display in HSE notice board.
- Conduct HSE inspection checklist to HSE Equipment.
- Study latest conventions, changes in industry practices and keep the Company and Employee updated by issuance of relevant information sharing as per circulation procedures.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Familiar with ISPS Code.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Understand QHSE Management System and QHSE regulations
