Kualifikasi:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field, preferably Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related disciplines.
Possess a valid K3 Certification (AK3U) issued by KEMENAKER.
Have 1–3 years of experience as an HSE/Safety Officer in civil construction projects.
Candidates domiciled in Palembang and surrounding areas are preferred.
Able to join immediately.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor HSE programs in accordance with Indonesian Occupational Safety Regulations, including Law No. 1 of 1970 and Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 concerning SMK3.
Conduct routine safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments at project sites.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, work permits, and PPE requirements.
Lead safety induction, toolbox meetings, and HSE awareness programs.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, then recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.
Support internal and external audits and ensure continuous improvement of the HSE management system.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong understanding of SMK3, OHSMS, ISO 45001, and Indonesian HSE regulations.
Able to conduct hazard identification, risk assessment (HIRADC/JSA), incident investigation, and corrective action implementation.
Familiar with Permit to Work (PTW), safety inspections, toolbox meetings, and emergency response procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
