Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Forestry, or another relevant discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Environmental Engineer in hydropower, EPC, infrastructure, mining, power plant, Oil & Gas, or large-scale construction projects.
Possess certification in Environmental Impact Assessment (AMDAL), Environmental Management, ISO 14001 Internal Auditor, POPAL, or other relevant environmental certifications. Certification in General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) will be an advantage.
Experienced in environmental inspections, compliance audits, environmental monitoring, impact assessments, environmental reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Capable of preparing environmental management plans, monitoring reports, permit documentation, environmental risk assessments, and corrective action plans.
Willing to work on a roster basis and be assigned to the Hydropower Plant Project in Mahakam Ulu, East Kalimantan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, and monitor environmental management programs in accordance with Indonesian environmental regulations, project specifications, and international best practices.
Ensure project compliance with AMDAL, UKL-UPL, RKL-RPL, environmental permits, and applicable environmental legislation throughout all construction activities.
Conduct routine environmental inspections, monitoring, and audits covering water quality, air emissions, noise, waste management, erosion control, biodiversity protection, and environmental performance.
Prepare environmental reports, monitoring documentation, permit submissions, compliance records, and management presentations.
Coordinate environmental risk assessments and implement preventive and corrective actions to minimize environmental impacts during project execution.
Monitor hazardous and non-hazardous waste management activities, ensuring proper handling, storage, transportation, and disposal in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Support incident investigations involving environmental issues and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders regarding environmental compliance and reporting requirements.
Deliver environmental awareness programs, training sessions, and toolbox talks to promote environmental responsibility across the project workforce.
Support the continuous improvement of the Environmental Management System (EMS) and contribute to achieving project sustainability and environmental performance objectives.
