Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Security Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Health, Safety, Security, Resort Operations, Hospitality Safety, or a related role.
Experience working with international guests and multicultural environments is required.
Previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, private islands, or hospitality operations within Southeast Asia will be highly advantageous.
Possess a valid Gada Pratama Certificate.
Possess a valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) Certificate.
Passionate about sustainability initiatives and environmental conservation.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Implement and monitor health, safety, security, and environmental programs across the resort.
Conduct routine safety inspections, risk assessments, and security patrols to ensure a safe environment for guests, employees, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, security, and environmental regulations and company policies.
Coordinate emergency preparedness programs, evacuation drills, and incident response activities.
Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and security-related events, and recommend corrective actions.
Provide safety induction, awareness training, and security briefings for employees and contractors.
Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with safety and security requirements.
Support sustainability initiatives and environmental protection programs throughout the resort.
Maintain accurate safety, security, and compliance records and reports.
