Kualifikasi:
- Male.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related fields.
- Having 1–2 years of experience as a QHSE Officer, HSE Officer, Safety Officer, or related position is preferred.
- Proactive, responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently or within a team.
- Able to work in a highly regulated and safety-driven environment.
- AK3 Umum Certification.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Support the implementation of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment programs across operational and project activities.
- Prepare and maintain QHSE documentation, reports, records, and compliance tracking systems.
- Conduct workplace inspections and monitor compliance with company and client safety requirements.
- Assist in hazard identification, risk assessments, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Support incident investigations and ensure proper reporting and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with operations and project teams to maintain QHSE standards and objectives.
- Participate in audits, toolbox meetings, safety campaigns, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company procedures, and industry standards.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding of QHSE implementation, safety compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiar with safety procedures, inspections, incident reporting, and risk assessment processes.
- Able to prepare QHSE reports, documentation, and compliance records accurately.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
