Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Public Health, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, chemical, or industrial environments.
Preferred Certifications & Training:
AK3 Umum Certification.
SMK3 Certification or Internal Auditor Training.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Supervise daily implementation of HSE programs across manufacturing and operational areas.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and HSE standards.
Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Lead safety campaigns, toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
Monitor contractor and employee compliance with safety procedures.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and SMK3 systems.
Prepare HSE reports, statistics, and performance analyses for management review.
Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
