Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (HSE/K3), Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment management, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role within EPC, Oil & Gas, LNG, petrochemical, energy, construction, or heavy industrial projects.
Possession of a valid AK3 Umum certification issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower is highly preferred.
Additional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, AK3 Migas, H2S, First Aid, Fire Fighting, ISO Lead Auditor, or other internationally recognized HSE certifications will be considered an advantage.
Proven experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, LNG, or industrial projects is mandatory.
Able to work under pressure, lead multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.
Willing to be based in Batam and travel to project sites as required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems throughout all project phases in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
Develop HSE strategies, project HSE plans, objectives, key performance indicators, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure full compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3, client HSE requirements, and national regulatory standards.
Lead hazard identification, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), process safety reviews, and risk assessments for project activities.
Monitor the implementation of Permit to Work (PTW), confined space entry, lifting operations, hot work, working at height, Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), and other critical safety procedures.
Conduct HSE inspections, audits, management reviews, and compliance assessments while ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, lessons learned, and implementation of preventive measures.
Manage HSE reporting, safety performance analysis, environmental monitoring, and regulatory documentation.
Coordinate emergency preparedness programs, crisis management activities, emergency drills, and business continuity planning.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to HSE personnel while promoting a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement across all project operations.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Extensive knowledge of HSE management systems, process safety, occupational health, environmental protection, and project risk management.
Strong understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS), Emergency Response, Incident Investigation, and Risk Assessment.
Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in preparing HSE reports, statistics, performance dashboards, and technical documentation.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
