Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in Safety, Health, and Environment, preferably within manufacturing, chemical, petrochemical, oleochemical, palm oil downstream processing, food ingredients, or other high-risk industrial environments.
- Professional Certifications and Training: Possession of a valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification is highly preferred. Certification or training in Occupational Health and Safety is highly preferred. Certification or training in Process Safety Management is highly preferred.
- Willing to be placed in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- WHAT YOU WILL DO: Champion a strong safety culture and support the implementation of SHE standards across downstream manufacturing operations. Lead safety programs covering contractor safety, process safety, construction safety, and environmental management. Partner with site and global teams to implement best practices and strengthen operational safety excellence, etc.
- Regulatory and Compliance Responsibilities: Ensure that site SHE programs are implemented in accordance with applicable Indonesian occupational safety, environmental, and employment regulations. Support compliance with applicable requirements related to occupational safety and health, workplace environment, hazardous materials, environmental management, emergency response, fire safety, machinery safety, electrical safety, lifting operations, working at height, confined spaces, and other high-risk activities relevant to the facility.
- Leadership Responsibilities: Act as a SHE role model and demonstrate visible safety leadership across the organization. Build strong relationships with production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, human resources, security, project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders. Coach supervisors and line managers to take ownership of safety performance within their respective areas.

- Hard Skills: Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety management systems. Strong knowledge of process safety management principles. Ability to conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment. Ability to develop and review Job Safety Analysis and Safe Work Procedures. Ability to establish and monitor Permit to Work systems. Ability to monitor contractor safety performance and compliance. Ability to conduct workplace safety inspections and safety audits. Ability to conduct incident and near-miss investigations using appropriate root cause analysis methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong safety leadership and the ability to influence people at all organizational levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
