Kualifikasi:

Location: Indonesia / Jakarta.
Scope: Onshore & Offshore "Operations".
Permanent Role with 3 months Probations.
Only Open for Indonesian Nationality.
Professional certifications: General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia). ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety). ISM Code / ISPS Code (for offshore/maritime operations). OHSAS/NEBOSH/IOSH preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day QHSE activities across various operational sites, ensuring compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.
Develop, develop, and ensure the implementation of the company's QHSE policies across all onshore and offshore units.
Oversee the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, the ISM Code, and other relevant international standards.
Lead internal and external audits and ensure corrective and preventive action (CAPA) follow-up.
Coordinate investigations of incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for improvement.
Oversee OHS training programs, safety inductions, emergency drills, and competence development for all employees and contractors.
Manage the QHSE risk management framework for all operational activities (transportation, construction, production, offshore operations).
Serve as the QHSE focal point in communications with regulators (Oil and Gas, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Manpower Office), clients, and certification bodies.
Encourage the development of a safe, environmentally conscious, and quality-oriented work culture across all work units.
Develop and report QHSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to top management.
Provide strategic direction to ensure the company achieves its Zero Accident, Zero Spill, and Continuous Improvement targets.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical: Leadership in the design, implementation, and oversight of a corporate-scale QHSE management system. Capacity in risk management, hazard analysis (HAZID/HAZOP), JSA, and root cause analysis. Experience in onshore and offshore safety standards (lifting operations, confined spaces, marine safety, drilling safety, oil spill response). Experience in internal and external audits, certification, and regulatory compliance. Management of QHSE documents and reporting to management and authorities.
Leadership & Soft Skills: Visionary, capable of developing long-term QHSE strategies at the corporate level. Firm, disciplined, and authoritative in upholding the K3L culture at all levels of the organization. Communicative, capable of acting as a bridge between top management, operations, and regulators. Good negotiator when dealing with auditors, clients, and stakeholders. Problem solver, capable of making quick decisions in critical situations.
