Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Min. of 3 years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably within the mining industry.
Certified in the implementation of SMKP is mandatory.
Available to join immediately or on short notice.
Willing to be placed at site Matarape under a roster system.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervise the daily implementation of QHSE procedures in accordance with SMKP standards and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections, hazard identifications, and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
Lead and participate in toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
Monitor compliance with mining safety regulations and environmental requirements.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
Prepare and submit QHSE reports to the QHSE Superintendent and management team.
Coordinate with project leaders, supervisors, and HSE teams to ensure effective safety practices.
Support emergency response drills and ensure readiness of safety equipment.
Promote a safety-first culture throughout site operations.
Assist in the continuous improvement of QHSE management systems and procedures.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong understanding of mining safety regulations and best practices.
Hands-on experience in conducting inspections, safety talks, and incident reporting.
Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
