Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental/Safety Engineering, Public Health, or other relevant fields.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in QHSSE/Safety Supervisor/ Coordinator, particularly in Oil & Gas, Mining, Construction, or any high-risk industries.
  • Has certified K3 Umum, K3 Migas (Occupational Health & Safety Expert).
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Able to join immediately.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Coordinate implementation of QHSSE policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with marine, offshore, and international standards.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and vessel/site visits.
  • Monitor contractor and crew compliance with QHSSE requirements.
  • Lead incident investigations and prepare reports.
  • Conduct safety meetings, inductions, and toolbox talks.
  • Prepare periodic QHSSE performance reports.
  • Support continuous improvement of management systems.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Proficient in ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2018 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001).
  • Strong understanding of Hazard Identification Assessment (HIRA), HIRADC, or HAZOP and Risk Knowledge of local environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation/reporting.
  • Proactive, able to work under pressure, strong interpersonal skills for training, and ability to manage Contractor Safety Management Systems (CSMS).
