Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor's degree from any major.
  • Having minimum 3-5 years experience.
  • Having active AK3U and SKP.
  • Willing to work at Jababeka Cikarang.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop safety plans for project execution involving AC, refrigeration, and kitchen installations.
  • Perform regular inspections during installation works to ensure compliance with safety procedures and legal standards.
  • Maintain updated safety records including risk assessments, permits, audit findings, and incident reports.
  • Monitor and guide external vendors or subcontractors to follow internal and project-specific HSE rules.
  • Lead investigations of any safety incidents and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Deliver safety inductions and briefings to technicians, installers, and site workers prior to project deployment.
  • Ensure proper use, availability, and inspection of PPE and safety-related tools on site.
  • Support project managers in communicating safety requirements and progress with clients (commercial or residential).
  • Ensure compliance with national laws (Kemnaker RI), building codes, and electrical/mechanical installation standards.
  • Recommend improvements for installation methods and safety procedures based on audit findings and incident trends.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Technical (Hard Skills): Proficient in developing and applying HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Knowledge of safety standards such as ISO 45001, SMK3, SNI for electrical & mechanical safety. Able to conduct and document incident investigations, safety audits, and site inspections.
  • Can speak in english.
  • Behavioral (Soft Skills): Strong leadership and assertiveness in ensuring field compliance. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with project managers, technicians, subcontractors, and clients. Problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environments. Detail-oriented and highly organized in documentation.
