Kualifikasi:

Pragmatic and hard-working
Obedient to work arrangements
Experienced in safety management in Japanese, German or chemical companies.
Placement in Kabil - Batam.
A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred with SMK3 and ISO 45001 certifications.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures.
Conduct safety risk assessments and ensure proper preventive measures are in place.
Ensure compliance with government safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the construction site and equipment.
Identify unsafe practices and conditions, report findings, and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure availability on site.
Prepare detailed reports and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes.
Liaise with local authorities regarding safety inspections and audits.
Assist in obtaining and maintaining safety certifications required for the project.
Ensure that all safety documentation, such as permits, hazard reports, and inspection logs, is properly maintained.
Maintain accurate records of safety performance and incidents.
