Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE, candidates with previous working experience at PT Kilang Pertamina / Pertamina Refinery operations are highly preferred.
Certified in HSE training (AK3 Umum or other relevant certifications).
Experienced in incident/accident investigation and RCA reporting.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, and monitor the Safety Management System at project sites.
Ensure all construction activities comply with: Company safety policies, Project safety plans, Applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and site patrols.
Review and approve: Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), Method Statements.
Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety inductions for workers and subcontractors.
Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Coordinate emergency response drills and preparedness programs.
Provide safety advice and technical guidance to project management teams.
Prepare and submit safety performance reports to management and project stakeholders.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards (ISO 45001, SMK3, OSHA).
Skilled in developing and implementing HSE plans, HIRA/JSA, and emergency response procedures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills for safety induction, training, and toolbox meetings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & HSE reporting systems.
Familiar with Permit to Work System & control of high-risk activities (lifting plan, confined space, work at height, hot work, etc.).
Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives.
English communication ability (written & verbal).
