Min. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health, or related studies.
Having SIM A would be an advantage.
Exposure in the relevant experience at least 5 years, having experience as supervisor would be an advantage.
Certified in Training of Trainer (TOT), AK3 Umum, Accident Investigation, Auditor SMK3, Auditor for ISO 18001 & 45001.. Ability to do accident identification, risk assessment, and reporting.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
This position is responsible for implementing safety policies and standards, preventing accidents, and promoting a strong safety culture through training and awareness programs. The role also includes ensuring compliance with national regulations and the Safety Management System (SMK3).
Develop and update work and guest safety procedures (swimming pool, kitchen, recreation area, parking, housekeeping).
Carry out evacuation simulation programs, fire drills, and routine safety training.
Conducting routine inspections of: Swimming pools, kitchens, electrical installations, emergency stairs, generators, water heaters, the presence and condition of fire extinguishers, P3K boxes, CCTV, evacuation signs, emergency lines.
Report and follow up on potential hazards to the relevant departments (Engineering, Housekeeping, GA).
Handle and document incidents of staff work accidents, guest incidents, near misses.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis and prepare prevention recommendations.
Provide safety training to new staff (K3 induction), housekeeping, kitchen, technicians, and security.
Socialize SOPs to guests through visual media (infographics, safety booklets, videos).
Ensure resorts comply with regulations: K3 from the Ministry of Manpower, Fire Service (fire safety), Environment (domestic waste management).
Prepare periodic safety reports for management and regulators.
