Kualifikasi:
  • Maximum age: 35 years old.
  • MANDATORY: Certificate of K3 UMUM or K3 KONSTRUKSI from Ministry of Labor.
  • Minimum education is Diploma (D3); Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of working experience as a safety officer in construction project.
  • Willing to work on project sites and handle administrative/paperwork tasks.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Conduct safety patrols, prepare reports, and follow up on improvements.
  • Reporting and correspondence in the case of site accidents and injuries.
  • Ensure the compliance of company safety regulation is implemented.
  • Schedule safety check of materials and machineries.
  • Prepare, manage, and instruct safety-related documentation.
  • Coordination related safety issues in internal and external of the Company.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Ability to perform daily safety supervision and site patrols.
  • Ability to implement and monitor: Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW) system.
  • Basic skills in safety reporting and documentation.
  • Good communication skills with workers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
