Kualifikasi:

Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Engineering/HSE/Public Health.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Safety Manager for construction.
Have exposure working in Safety for construction projects of Hydro Electric Power / Power Plant will be beneficial.
Willing to be located in Malinau, Kalimantan Utara with roster based.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead, plan, and mobilize manpower and resources to deliver projects with HSSE excellence, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met.
Develop, implement, and enforce Safety Management Plans, safety inspections, audits, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, including consequence management.
Monitor safety performance using leading/lagging indicators, conduct meetings and evaluations, and implement action plans to close performance gaps.
Lead investigations of accidents/incidents, report findings to management and authorities, and ensure effective corrective actions and competency-based safety training.
Collaborate with authorities, contractors, and project-affected communities to address public health, labor welfare, environmental issues, and community concerns related to HSSE.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Required competency : Environmental Management, Operational Safety, Safety & Health Management, Plant Operational Management.
Good leadership & managerial skills.
