Kualifikasi:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree from: Public Health or Environmental Engineering.
Has 2-3 years of experience in HSE (Health, Safety, Environment).
Preferable AK3U/ SMK3 Auditor/ Ahli K3 Lingkungan Kerja/ First Aid Certified.
Have experience of HIRADC, P2K3.
Have experience using editor tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or other editing tools.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

HSE Policy & Program Management: Develop and implement site-specific safety policies and procedures in accordance with national and international standards. Review and update SOPs related to building operations and emergency response. Ensure integration of safety procedures in daily facility and tenant operations.
Regulatory Compliance & Inspection: Ensure full compliance with government safety regulations and building codes. Liaise with local authorities (Disnaker, Fire Department, BPBD, etc.) for audits, inspections, and permits. Prepare documentation and reports for compliance audits (SMK3, ISO, client, or government).
Risk Management & Safety Monitoring: Conduct regular safety inspections of common areas, MEP systems, tenant spaces, rooftops, and confined spaces. Identify hazards and recommend mitigation measures. Supervise the implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) systems for high-risk activities.
Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and organize periodic fire drills and evacuation simulations. Maintain all emergency and fire protection systems (fire alarms, extinguishers, hydrants). Coordinate first aid and disaster management preparedness.
Training & Safety Culture Development: Conduct safety briefings, induction training, toolbox talks, and refresher courses for staff, tenants, and vendors. Promote awareness campaigns on safety, health, hygiene, and emergency procedures. Encourage a culture of “zero incident” through proactive engagement.
Incident Management: Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near-misses. Document root cause findings and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Report serious incidents to top management and regulatory bodies when required.
