Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
  • Possession of a General K3 (AK3 Umum) certification.
  • A Migas K3 (AK3 Migas) certification is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety (HSE), particularly in Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Batam Domicile is preferred.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Responsible for implementing occupational health and safety systems, conducting regular inspections, risk assessments, safety training, and ensuring compliance with applicable HSE regulations.
  • Identifying and mapping potential hazards that may occur in the work environment.
  • Creating and maintaining documents related to K3.
  • Creating an idea related to the K3 program.
  • Evaluating the possibility or opportunity for accident incidents that may occur.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Strong understanding of national HSE regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
