Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or other relevant fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HSE or safety operations, preferably in catering, hospitality, food production, or healthcare facilities.
Certified in Basic Safety / K3 Umum / Food Safety Handling will be an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Conduct daily safety inspections in kitchen areas, food preparation rooms, dining areas, warehouses, and accommodation facilities.
Ensure all operations comply with company safety policies, HACCP requirements, and local safety regulations.
Identify and report hazards related to hot surfaces, knives, machinery, chemicals, food storage, lifting, and electrical equipment.
Respond to accidents, near misses, and food safety issues.
Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and hygiene awareness sessions.
Maintain safety inspection records, hygiene logs, training attendance sheets, and incident reports.
Ensure emergency exits, fire extinguishers, alarms, and evacuation routes are functioning and accessible.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and food hygiene standards is highly preferred.
Familiar with Indonesian K3 regulations, workplace hazard control, and sanitation requirements.
Strong communication skills and ability to train operational staff.
