Kualifikasi:
  • Experience in marine, offshore, or oil & gas construction.
  • Hold active passport.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant HSE certifications (NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in marine, offshore, or oil & gas construction projects.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Implement and monitor safety programs at marine, offshore, or oil & gas construction sites.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct routine site inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
  • Monitor high-risk activities and ensure permit-to-work systems are properly implemented.
  • Lead safety briefings, toolbox talks, and safety inductions.
  • Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture on site.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Strong knowledge of international standards.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Development and implementation of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
  • Leadership and supervision of safety teams and contractors.
  • Strategic risk management and safety planning.
  • Emergency response and crisis management (marine and offshore scenarios).
  • Safety performance monitoring, auditing, and KPI management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
