- We’re Hiring: Safety Officer. Location: Timika, Papua Tengah. Company: PT Kuala Pelabuhan Indonesia (Under PT Freeport Indonesia). Employment Type: Full-time.
- As a Safety Officer at PT Kuala Pelabuhan Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety and well-being of our workforce and responsible for implementing and overseeing our comprehensive safety protocols across our operations.
- Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role.
- Respond to emergencies effectively and meet deadline.
- Relevant safety certifications or qualifications.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessment.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
- Investigate incident, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct safety briefings for employees.
- Ensure compliance with national safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain record and documentation for audits and legal compliance.
- Conduct data/ trend analysis based on collected database.
- Create engaging safety content for internal communications and campaign.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian (Spoken & Written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook).
