Kualifikasi:

Holds K3 Umum Certification.
Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years working as a Safety Officer in construction, manufacturing, or industrial project environments.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety regulations, policies and procedures during the new factory construction and commissioning phases.
Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe acts, conditions and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
organiza and lead toolbox talks/safety inductions for all site personnel and contractors.
Assist in the development, review and impelemntation of the project HSE Plan.
Ensure all workers and contractors follow Permit-to-Work requirements and standard operating procedures.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong understanding of national and international HSE regulations and standards.
Familiar with Permit-to-Work systems, HIRADC/JSA, Risk Assessment, Emergency Response procedures.
Knowledge of construction safety management, heavy equipment safety, and commissioning activities.
