Kualifikasi:

Long-term EPC project exposure with leading global players.
Strong experience in subsea / SURF / offshore fabrication projects.
Background in LNG / Oil & Gas EPC projects.Experience working in fabrication yards (Batam, Bintan, Karimun, Singapore, etc.) is highly preferred.
Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in Oil & Gas / LNG / EPC projects.
Certifications: AK3 Umum (Kemnaker) or equivalent international certification. BOSIET / FOET (offshore safety training) – preferred. NEBOSH / IOSH – advantage. Additional Oil & Gas safety certifications are a plus.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Conduct daily safety inspections and patrols in fabrication yard/offshore areas.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards, procedures, and client requirements.
Monitor implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
Identify hazards and implement risk control measures.
Lead toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and awareness programs.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and audit readiness.
